Old Fashioned Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs potatoes
    1 cup thinly sliced celery
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except for the potatoes in a large bowl.
    Let stand at room temperature.
    Meanwhile, peel potatoes and cut into 1/2\" to 3/4\" cubes.
    In a 4 qt saucepan cover potato cubes with water.
    Bring to a boil then turn down the heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes (until tender but not mushy).
    Drain potatoes and immediately fold into the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
    Chill and serve (It's best if refrigerated 12 to 24 hours before serving).
