5 Star New Mexico Hatch Chili Bloody Mary Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) can long green roasted chilies (or your own roasted hatch if you have it)
1 quart tomato juice
1 quartered jalapeno
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1 cup vodka
ice

Preparation

Cut roasted cilis in 1/2\" pieces.
add to pitcher.
add rest of ingredients except ice.
pour over ice,.
garnish with cilantro,lime,olive,celery, or you favorite.
