Green Chili & Corn Tamale Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups green chilies, roasted, seeded, peeled, and diced
    2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
    3 ears white corn, roasted and corn kernels removed
    1/2 cup cream
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Use as a filling with your favorite masa recipe for the best tamales you will ever taste.
