Jordanian Herbal Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups water
2 teaspoons dried chamomile
2 teaspoons anise seed
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried sage
honey (to taste) (optional)
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
While water comes to a boil add in chamomile, anise seed, thyme, and sage, stir well and turn off heat.
Cover pot and let steep for 3-5 minutes until liquid is golden brown.
Serve right away.
