Pumpkin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup cooked pumpkin
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Distribute among 6 custard cups and bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
    Serve with coconut.
