Tarynne'S Potato Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes
    1 small red onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Shred potatoes and onions together.
    Squeeze in a towel until dry.
    Add eggs, flour, and season to taste.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Serve with sour cream or apple sauce, if desired.
