Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pint strawberry, washed and hulled
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation
    In a covered blender container or Cuisinart, place all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
    Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
    At serving time pour into dessert dishes.
