Agua De Palapa Joe'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup white rice
    6 cups water, divided
    1/2 cinnamon stick
    1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup condensed milk
Preparation
    In a small bowl, soak the rice, 1 cup water and cinnamon for 30 minutes.
    Add to blender and liquefy for 3 minutes.
    In a large container, mix the blended rice, 5 cups water, vanilla, sugar, and condensed milk.
    Stir and serve over ice.
