Bread Machine Buckwheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 2/3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water

Preparation

Add all ingredients in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer.
Process on the bread cycle.
