Ingredients
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon shallot, very finely chopped
    1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together and place in a glass jar.
    Leave at room temperature for three days.
    Enough vinaigrette for about three dozen oysters.
