Cinnamon Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 1/2 cups warm water
    2 tablespoons margarine
    4 cups white flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    3 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
    3/4 cup raisins
Preparation
    soak rasins in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain thouroughly.
    add all ingredients in order listed (except the raisins - add those at the beep).
    bake on 2 lb loaf, light or med crust, sweet settings on machine.
