Pani Popo (Samoan Sweet Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 3/4 - 6 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 ounce yeast
    2 1/4 cups milk
    2 tablespoons milk

    1 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 (8 ounce) cans coconut
Preparation
    Mix 2 1/2 cups of flour and yeast.
