Zesty Marinade For Grilled Wild Salmon Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 teaspoons orange zest
    2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
    1/8 cup white sugar
    2 teaspoons ground ginger
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon chili flakes
    2 pinches salt
Preparation
    Blend the vinegar, olive oil, honey, lime juice, lemon juice, orange zest, garlic, sugar, ginger, chili powder, chili flakes and salt in a large baking dish then pop in the salmon fillets. Spoon marinade over salmon for one hour. Turn the fish and marinate for a further hour.
    Cook for 4 or 5 minutes aside on a grill at medium heat. Dead easy!
