Bacon And Beer Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
1 bottle raspberry ale
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon and crumble, leaving bacon fat in pan.
Deglaze pan with the bottle of raspberry ale (you can substitute white or red wine if you prefer).
Salt and pepper to taste.
Toss with greens and serve.
