Light White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 1/2 tablespoons flour
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    pour milk into saucepan and bring to boiling point, remove and set aside.
    heat butter in separate saucepan, when hot add flour and mix well. cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
    incorporate milk into flour VERY slowly; stir constantly. season sauce well and continue cooking 10 minutes over low heat, mixing frequently.
    use in as required.
