Ninfa'S Avocado Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado (soft to the touch)
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon onion, minced
    1 garlic clove, mashed to a pulp with 1/4 t. salt
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
    1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel avocado and mash to a smooth pulp.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend with a whisk.
    Let stand for at least an hour before serving to develop flavor.
    Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
