Saurkraut Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cups angel hair pasta (box)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sauerkraut (I prefer purple sweet but reg. works perfect 2)
2 cups of shredded cheese

Preparation

Boil Noodles with oil. Drain. Put back onto pot and mix with heated kraut and cheese. Let sit for 5 min on low. Serve and enjoy!
Option; add sour cream for creamy-ness!
