Yummy 4 Cheese Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces cream cheese, brought to room temperature
    1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped red onion (can be green onion for a milder taste)
    1/2 package thawed and drained frozen chopped spinach (more if you like spinach, less if you don't)
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    2/3 cup cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup of choice cheese (can be mozza, jack, or I use feta)
    1 teaspoon cayenne (or seasoning salt for a milder alternative)
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together really well (leaving 1/3 cup of cheddar for the top).
    Put in greased over ready dish (glass, china, anything but a pan or tin).
    Top with remaining cheddar.
    Bake for 15 minute at 375\u00b0.
    Make sure it's bubbling! Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
    Serve with pita wedges, naan or tortilla chips!
