Low-Fat Chocolate Marshmallow Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup boiling water
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Cook sugar and water in a saucepan over medium high heat until a candy thermometer registers 220\u00b0F Remove from heat.
    Stir in cocoa, vanilla and marshmallows until melted. Let cool, without stirring, until bottom of pan just feels warm. Beat until thickened and serve warm over ice cream.
