Cream Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    4 ounces cream cheese
    8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350*.
    Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Meanwhile brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain.
    Add tomato soup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and cream cheese to ground beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until cream cheese is all melted and sauce is smooth.
    Combine sauce and noodle in a 2 quart covered casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until hot.
