Tasty Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
    peanut oil, for frying
    sesame seeds
    Marinade
    3 drops sesame oil
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon cooking wine
    2 tablespoons water
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    Sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/8 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon chili paste or 1 teaspoon hot sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients in medium bowl.
    Add chicken cubes and marinate at least 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients in medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Reduce heat to low while cooking chicken.
    Heat peanut oil for frying.
    Add marinated chicken pieces, a few at a time, to the hot oil.
    Cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
    Bring sauce back to boil.
    Place chicken in serving bowl and pour sauce over. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
