Cold Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 tomatoes, quartered
2 medium zucchini, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 green pepper, quartered
1 large onion, quartered
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
Preparation

In a food processor, combine the tomatoes, zucchini, celery, peppers, onions, lemon juice, basil, cumin and lemon rind.
Process with on/off turns until smooth.
Serve chilled.
