Shrimp, Scallop, And Escargot Buddies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 peeled and devined large shrimp
    24 large bay scallops
    24 extra large snails
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1/4 cup white wine
    2 tablespoons Pernod
    1 tablespoon chopped chives
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    12 skewers
Preparation
    on bamboo skewers place 2 each alternating shrimp scallops and snails.
    place on a broiling pan.
    heat butter in a suace pan add remaining ingredients. cook until mixture has beed reduced to half
    brush the skewers with butter broil 2-3 mins.turn the skewers overbrush with butter again. broilfor an additional 2-3 minutes remove from oven and brush a third time and serve hot.
