Detox Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) can black beans
    1 (8 ounce) can white beans
    1 (8 ounce) can chickpeas
    1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup red onion, chopped
    1/2 cup shallot, diced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cucumber, chopped
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 lemon (juice of)
    (optional)
    1 (8 ounce) can red kidney beans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Toss with olive oil and lemon juice.
    Add fresh spices if you wish. (I suggest parsley and cumin).
    Note: balsamic vinegar may be substituted for lemon juice.
