Zucchini Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups zucchini, diced
    1 lb tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup purple onion, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon green curry paste
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
    1 cup yellow zucchini, diced
    1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
Preparation
    In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and let sit for at least two hours.
    Serve when ready (it is especially good during bbq season, or when you feel like having something spicy).
