Banana Raspberry Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt (or vanilla yogurt can be subbed)
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
1 banana, cut up
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 -2 teaspoon honey
1 -2 teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional)
ice cube
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add ice cubes to your \"taste\" to make it thicker.
