Applesauce Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup applesauce
    1/3 cup oil
    2 eggs
    3 tablespoons milk
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    3/4 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs, and milk.
    Sift together, flour baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
    Add to applesauce mixture.
    Beat until well combined.
    Stir in 3/4 cup pecans.
    Turn into well greased and floured loaf pan.
    Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans (last 3 ing.) for topping and sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
    Cover with foil the last 30 minutes. Cool on rack.
