Cinnamon Apricots In Cream - cooking recipe

1 lb ripe apricot, unpeeled
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup heavy or whipping cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F Halve and remove seeds from apricots. Place in 1-quart casserole.
In small bowl, combine sugar, water and cinnamon; pour over fruit. Bake 20 minutes or until apricots are tender.
Pour on cream and bake 5 minutes longer. Serve.
