Layered Pear, Feta, Cranberry, Salad With A Balsamic Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head romaine lettuce (torn or cut into bite size pieces)
    3 pears, cut into bite size pieces (I like to use Bosc, Anju, but Asian would work, just use a combination of your favorites)
    1 1/2 cups dried cranberries (rough chopped)
    1 1/2 cups feta cheese, crumbled
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
    Vinaigrette
    3/4 cup olive oil
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Layers -- First layer, lettuce. Second layer, pears. Third layer, cranberries. Fourth layer, feta. Fifth layer, walnuts. Repeat.
    Garnish -- If you want you can garnish with a few thin slices of pears on top.
    Drizzle with the vinaigrette and enjoy!
