Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup zucchini
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil zucchini in water till done.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs, add sugar and oil.
    Combine all ingredients with zucchini.
    Pour into a greased standard loaf baking pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
