Carin' Aboutcha Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups carrots, grated
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Frosting
1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Grease and flour a 9X13 pan and pour cake mix inches.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
Frosting:
Cream butter, cream cheese and vanilla.
Add powdered sugar.
If too thick, add milk to spreading consistency.
