Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pot roast, 3-4 lbs
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1 tablespoon sherry wine
    1 teaspoon ginger juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
Preparation
    Marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry, ginger juice, salt and pepper at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Wrap roast and green onions in heavy aluminum foil.
    Pre-heat oven to 450* and bake for 20 minutes.
    Turn heat to 325* and bake for 2 hours.
    Serve hot.
    Note: Prep time does not include marinating time.
