Sweet Red-Onion Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
3 red onions
300 ml port wine, red
salt
pepper

Preparation

Cut the onions in rings. Sautee in hot butter until soft. Add port and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce until almost all port wine has evaporated.
