Molasses Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups dried coconut, medium-shred
    2 cups almond meal
    1 cup walnut meal
    3/4 cup raisins
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 banana, mashed
    1/2 cup molasses
Preparation
    Mash the banana, mash in the molasses.
    Mix the dry ingredients, then add them to the mashed banana/molasses mixture.
    Form the batter into 2-inch-diameter balls, squeeze a little to stick them together. Use olive oil on your hands if it is too sticky.
    35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
