Healing Chai Mixture - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients into either milk, tea (my personal favorite), or any other beverage.
    Heat until it comes to a boil and pour the beverage into a mug.
    Add honey or sugar into your drink if desired.
