Fresh Tomato & Basil Fish Garnish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tomatoes, ripe, about 1 lb., finely chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    10 basil leaves, torn into tiny bits
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients gently.
    Let sit for an hour to meld flavors, if you have time.
    Serve cold or room temperature.
    (P.S. Next day I tossed leftover cold garnish with hot pasta and a splash of olive oil - yummy).
