Easy Apricot Jam (Low Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups ground apricots
    6 cups sugar
    1 cup crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 teaspoons epsom salts
Preparation
    Cook all but salt for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Take off heat and stir in salt.
    Stir well and bottle.
