Orange Spice Yeast Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
5 tablespoons butter
1 grated orange, zest of
3 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation

Place ingredients in bread machine in order as per manufacturers directions.
Use light baking or sweet bread setting.
