Bacon Mushroom Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
    1/2 medium sweet onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1/8 teaspoon thyme
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground mixed peppercorns
    1 1/2 teaspoons flour
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup cream cheese
    1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
    1 (12 ounce) package texas-style home-style biscuits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender, about 5 minutes. Season with thyme, salt and peppercorns.
    Sprinkle flour over mushroom mixture. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese and bacon. Heat just until thickened. Remove from heat.
    Remove biscuits from tube. Press each biscuit to 1/4-inch thickness. Place 1-1/2 teaspoons of mushroom mixture on one half of each biscuit. Fold other half of biscuit over filling and press to seal.
    Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
