Banana Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    KUCHEN
    1/4 cup shortening
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 medium banana, sliced
    1/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    NUT TOPPING
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg, banana and milk. Beat until smooth.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Spread in greased 11x7-inch pan.
    Combine topping and sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
    Best served warm. Great with your morning \"cuppa\".
