Pickle Bread (For Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup warm pickle juice
1 large dill pickle, grated
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 tablespoon dried onion or 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
3 1/8 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in the bread machine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on the \"White Bread/Medium Crust\" setting.
