Vegan Dad'S Fresh Vegan Pasta (Pasta Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup semolina flour
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup warm water (or more)
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients in large mixing bowl until well-incorporated. Make a well in the center of the flour and add the water, mixing until a rough dough forms.
    Turn out on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and slightly elastic, adding more water if dough is too dry and tears or cracks.
    Form a log and wrap in a damp towel. Allow dough to rest for 20 minutes.
    Roll and cut according to your pasta machine's specifications.
