Herbed Goat Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 -12 ounces log goat cheese
    3 tablespoons milk
    1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Process all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 1 minute.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste and transfer to a serving bowl.
    Serve with crackers or a thinly sliced baguette.
