Healthy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup wheat flour
    1 cup oat bran
    2 cups oats
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 -3 cups blueberries (Fruit of choice or any fruit is great and frozen blueberries work well)
    1/4 cup non-fat powdered milk
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1 egg white
Preparation
    combine ingredients from brown sugar thru powdered milk.
    combine: milk, yogurt and egg white.
    mix together.
    bake 375 degrees for ~20min.
    (i undercook them and refrigerate uneaten muffins. then pop one in a toaster even when ready to eat and it cooks through without drying them out).
