Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 -6 zucchini, grated
    1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 cups Bisquick
    1/2 cup oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Place in butter casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0F.
