Cheesy Bacon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
    5 pieces bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 cup chopped green onion (Chives)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Place in a 1 quart baking dish.
    Cover and bake 25 minutes.
