Mom'S Black Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs chicken thighs
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 inches gingerroot, minced
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Marinate all ingredients together for at least 1 hour.
    Grill over medium heat.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds when done.
