Porra Antequera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg stale bread
    1 1/2 kg ripe tomatoes
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup olive oil
    salt
Preparation
    Cut the bread into very small pieces.
    Peel the tomatoes by putting tomatoes in boiling water for five minutes then removing and plunging into cold water.
    Put sliced garlic and the rest of ingredients in a bowl, mash together until it holds together, adding the olive oil gradually.
    Refrigerate until well chilled.
    Serve as tapas with chopped hard-boiled eggs or green peppers if you like.
