My Mother-In-Law'S Best Shrimp Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs large shrimp, uncooked, shelled, tail on
    marinade
    2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
    3 large garlic cloves, crushed
    4 tablespoons sesame oil
    4 ounces rice wine
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
    Add shrimp to the bag and marinade 1-2 hours.
    Skwer the shrimp on water-soaked bamboo skwers (about 4-5 per skwer).
    Grill shrimp over medium heat until pink
