Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    5 tablespoons margarine
    1/3 cup milk
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    In a small sauce pan, add 1 cup sugar, magarine, milk and chocolate chips. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil, and boil for one minute. Remove from heat, and add the chocolate chips and 1 tsp vanilla. Stir constantly until smooth and slightly cooled. should be somewhat thick to put on the cake, don't want it too thin.
